Day 1 / (Shimla)
Delhi – Shimla (350 Kms/9-10 Hrs) (1 Night)

After picking from Delhi Airport/Railway station, start your wonderful vacation to Himachal starting from Shimla. Reach Shimla and check-in into the pre-booked hotel for Overnight stay. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel. Shimla renowned its name as Queen of hills due to its flattering sceneries and colonial heritage which has retained its charm from British India time to till now.

Day 2 / (Shimla)
Shimla – Kufri – Local – Shimla (1 Night)

After breakfast, proceed to Kufri (22 Kms from Shimla). Kufri is an all season place – winters are packed with snow adventures while the summers are brimmed with colourful meadows. Kufri also has a Himalayan Wildlife Zoo and Kufri Fun Park which will make the trip even more exciting (Entry & Activities at your own cost). After sightseeing, head back to Shimla. In the city we will visit the Indian Institute of Advance Study, Also you will cover Places by walking The Mall, Scandal Point, Ridge, Gaiety Theatre, Heritage Museum, Lakkar Bazaar, Rani Jhansi Park and Christ Church. Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 3 / (Shimla)
Shimla-Naldehra (1 Night)

After breakfast, proceed to Naldhera (22 Kms from Shimla). Today you will be taking a day tour to Naldhera. Naldhera is known for its old Golf Club and for its adventure activities. Enjoy the day at Naldhera and evening you will be escort back to Shimla, reach in shimal and have some rest, later have a dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Shimla.

Day 4 / (Manali )
Shimla –Kullu – Manali (250 Kms/7-8 Hrs) (1 Night)

Today morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceeded towards Manali. On the way, catch glimpses of Sundar Nagar Lake & Pandoh dam, , Vaishno Devi Temple. Near Kullu you will be visiting Pashmina Shawl showrooms and will try out our hands on white water River Rafting too. Reach Manali followed by check-in into the hotel. Overnight stay will be in a hotel. Note: Kullu River Rafting and paragliding will be on your own expenses and subject to weather conditions.

Day 5 / (Manali )
Manali Local Sightseeing (1 Night)

After freshening up, enjoy the Manali local sightseeing tour. Start your trip by covering Hadimba Devi Temple and Ghatotkacha Temple. The temples are dedicated to Mata Hadimba (the most worshipped deity in Himachal) and her son Ghatotkacha. The Clubhouse will be the next place to visit. Here, enjoy recreational activities such as Skating, disco, zipline, TT and much more. Later bathe ourselves in Sage Vashisht’s Hot Springs containing Medical properties. Right across the Hot spring are temples of Lord shiva and Lord Ram where one can pay a visit. Overnight stay will be in a reserved Hotel.

Manali – Solang Valley Or Rohtang Or Atal Tunnel (1 Night)

Wake up to the sweet sound of nature and after breakfast head towards Solang Valley. This valley is famous for its adventure activities and you can try your hand at Paragliding, Zorbing, ATV Rides, Horse-riding, Trail-rides and so much more. Before indulging in these activities make sure to understand all safety protocols and measures. You can also visit and drive – through the newly built Atal Tunnel, one of the highest Tunnels in the World. This tunnel acts as a gateway to the Lahaul & Spiti Valley. You can make a stop at the North-Portal of the tunnel for an amazing photo-shoot. This option will be at extra cost. Afterwards return to the hotel for dinner and a comfortable stay. NOTE: Kindly inform us to add these options at the time of booking. Note: Rohtang pass is closed on every Tuesday and during snowfall months/days. NGT (National Green Tribunal) has also limited the number of vehicles visiting Rohtang pass in a day. Thus, this sightseeing will be subject to permit obtained on the spot and extra cost (Permit + Vehicle charges). Please Note: Adventure activities will be at your own risk and cost.

Day 7 / (Manali )
Day Trip to Kullu -Naggar (1 Night)

After breakfast, visit Kullu (40 Kms from Manali) while on the way taking a halt at Kullu Pashmina Shawl showrooms. White water River Rafting will be the highlight of the tour, so do not miss it. Resume your trip to Naggar (20 Kms from Manali). Reach and admire the heritage of Naggar Castle. This castle was once the abode of Kullu Raja and is now a hotspot for National & International Movie shootings. Later we will drive to Roerich Art Gallery while enroute catching the glimpses of Tripura Sundri Temple (one of the 51 Shakti Peethas). This gallery is one of the places where you can find original paintings of famous Russian Painter Nicholas Roerich. Later returned to Manali while taking a stroll at Trout Fish Farm. In this farm, one can order fresh trout platters while enjoying their time in the midst of birds and flowers. Overnight stay will be at Manali hotel. Note: Roerich Art Gallery is closed every Monday.

Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.

  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
