Delhi – Shimla (350 Kms/9-10 Hrs) (1 Night)

Upon arrival at Delhi station our executive will receive you with warm welcome. Start your wonderful vacation to Himachal starting from Shimla. Reach Shimla and check-in into the pre-booked hotel for Overnight stay. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel of Shimla. Shimla renowned its name as Queen of hills due to its flattering sceneries and colonial heritage which has retained its charm from British India time to till now.

Day 2 / (Shimla)
Shimla Kufri - Local (1 Night)

In morning have a healthy breakfast at the Shimla’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to Shimla local with Kufri. Proceed to Kufri (22 Kms from Shimla). Kufri is an all season place – winters are packed with snow adventures while the summers are brimmed with colourful meadows. Kufri also has a Himalayan Wildlife Zoo and Kufri Fun Park which will make the trip even more exciting (Entry & Activities at your own cost). After sightseeing, head back to Shimla. In the city we will visit the Indian Institute of Advance Study, Also you will cover Places by walking The Mall, Scandal Point, Ridge, Gaiety Theatre, Heritage Museum, Lakkar Bazaar, Rani Jhansi Park and Christ Church. By evening you will be escort back to hotel and have some rest. Have a delicious dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Shimla.

Shimla –Kullu – Manali (250 Kms/7-8 Hrs) (1 Night)

In morning have a healthy breakfast at the Shimla’s hotel then check out from the hotel of Shimla hotel. Today you will be taking to Manali. On the way, catch glimpses of Sunder Nagar Lake & Pandoh dam, Hanogi Mata Temple, Vaishno Devi Temple. Near Kullu you will be visiting Pashmina Shawl showrooms and will try out our hands on white water River Rafting too. Reach Manali followed by check-in into the hotel. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel o Manali. Note: Kullu River Rafting and paragliding will be on your own expenses and subject to weather conditions.

Manali – Solang Valley or Rohtang or Atal Tunnel (1 Night)

In morning have a healthy breakfast at the Manali’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to Manali, Solang valley or Atal tunnel. This valley is famous for its adventure activities and you can try your hand at Paragliding, Zorbing, ATV Rides, Horse-riding, Trail-rides and so much more. Before indulging in these activities make sure to understand all safety protocols and measures. By evening you will be escort back to hotel. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Manali. Note: During Snowfall Solang valley sightseeing point will be covered if weather, road condition is clear and possibilities of vehicles to reach there, otherwise sightseeing up to Barrier Point will be provided.

Payment Policy
  • For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
  • Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
  • According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
  • Process of Making Advance Payment
Cancellation Policy
  • All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
  • Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
  • 100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
  • No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
  • i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
  • In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Terms & Conditions
  • General Policy
  • Tour packages can be customized, except Fixed Departure tours, which are offered on pre-set itineraries and dates.
  • All requests for changes, additions, or modifications must be communicated to Bharat Booking Holidays in writing.
  • Services will be provided strictly as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policy and are subject to availability.
  • Base category rooms are provided unless an upgraded category has been specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Meals, transfers, and sightseeing services operate as per the scheduled timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Flights, trains, sightseeing, and adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational feasibility.
  • Complimentary services included in a package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or adjusted for cash.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that remain unused or unveiled by the guest.
  • Bharat Booking Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from traffic, weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any complaint regarding services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of tour completion. Complaints received thereafter may not be considered.
  • Documents Required
  • A valid Government-issued Photo Identity Card.
  • Booking Confirmation Voucher issued by Bharat Booking Holidays.
  • Flight/Train Tickets, Permits, and Passport/Visa, wherever applicable.
  • Guests undertaking certain adventure activities may be required to sign an indemnity form prior to participation.
  • Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone)
  • Requests to prepone or postpone travel dates must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and any applicable seasonal price differences.
  • A postponed package remains valid for a period of 1 year from the original date of booking.
  • Bookings may be transferred to a friend or family member, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
